As concrete continues to be poured downtown and 108W at a rapid pace, please do not enter construction areas with cones, barracades, caution tape, etc. The downtown road surface north of the bridge will begin to be poured on Friday, weather permitting, so please be cautious of where you cross the street. Freshly poured concrete with the curing compound appears as if it is dry so beware and do not cross barriers.
