City of Pelican Rapids- Emergency Weather Warning & Notification Registration
In conjunction with Otter Tail County, the City of Pelican Rapids is changing our emergency and weather warning system. We are changing from Code Red to RAVEALERT-SMART911.
Beginning July 2020, the City of Pelican Rapids will began using the RaveAlert-Smart911 for Emergency/Weather Warning Notification System - a high-speed community communication service. This system allows us to send specific information to individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout the city and surrounding area - or just in affected areas - in case of an emergency or severe weather situation.
