 City Animal Licenses can be obtained by visiting Pelican Rapids Animal Hospital or City Hall.  Proof of current vaccinations will be required.  Licenses are $24 for an Intact Animal and $6 for a Spayed/Neutered Animal.

Pictures and information about animals found in the City limits will be posted here and our Facebook Page.  If you see you animal posted, please contact the Police Dept at 218.863.1351 

For the comfort and care of stray animals picked up with the City limits, animals may be transported to the Humane Society of Otter Tail County. Any cost associated with the transport and fees assess by the Humane Society will be passed on to the animal owner!
